2. Nature of Services & Disclaimer

We provide relational coaching, education, tools, and resources to couples and families. Our team members are Certified Relational Wealth Advisors through Relational Wealth Advisors (www.relationalwealthadvisors.com). We are not licensed professional counselors, therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals.

Our Services are not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, medical treatment, or legal advice. If you require medical, psychological, or legal support, you are encouraged to seek licensed professionals in those areas.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these limitations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our website or engaging in our Services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal information, coaching sessions, and client interactions.

- Client names, circumstances, and session details will not be disclosed outside of our Company without written consent, except as required by law.

- Confidentiality may be broken if we are legally obligated to report concerns of abuse, threats of harm, or other situations where disclosure is mandated.

5. Collection & Use of Information

When you opt in to receive downloads, PDFs, booklets, or other materials, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number. By providing this information, you consent to:

- Receiving communications from us via email and text message.

- Our use of a secure CRM system to store your information and session records.

- Our use of A2P-certified texting to ensure compliance with carrier requirements.

We will never sell, rent, or distribute your information to third parties outside of our Company.

6. Communications Consent

By submitting your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive messages from us, including updates, resources, scheduling information, and offers related to our Services.

- You may opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails or replying “STOP” to text messages.

- Standard carrier rates and data fees may apply for text communications.
